Interest Rates still available under 5% for 30 yr. fixed. Under 4% for ARMs. Also, we do have one more option now for 100% financing other than USDA loans.
Retirement income using a Reverse Mortgage. It can be a wonderful tool to use for the right sitution. If you have your home mortgage either paid off or paid down considerably and are interested in looking at the numbers make sure and let me know. The income is not taxable and you stay in your home for as long as you live. There obviously are a number of rules but it can be a very nice retirement income option.
